“The hose reel is compact but that is about where the benefits end. The fittings burst off, the hose kinks and winding the hose up is hard and annoyingly ineffective. Not at all what I thought I was getting.”

“I think this must be a first generation product and it kind of shows. I understand the intent and it was exactly what I was looking for, but the execution is not good enough. I attached to a posts in my veggie patch. The connections on the back are weak plastic and the moment it had tension on the hose, the weak plastic connections broke and the unit fell to the ground. I am thinking I will just junk it and go back to a simple hose hanger. I am quitre disappointed as this was going to tidy things up for me.”
