“Simple shopping experience and delivery time quicker than advised. Always better to under promise and over deliver.Hose reel arrived in a sturdy box with simple instructions and was quickly assembled and installed on tap. The multi spray pattern trigger has more options than I can imagine using but no doubt cover any applications the hose reel might face.The hose reel is a neat and tidy solution for my small apartment balcony. I have used it to water plants with the shower and mist sprays, wash the balcony tiles with the jet and flat sprays and am sure it will be invaluable in washing away dust from outside furniture and windows etc. Although the small diameter hose does reduce water pressure, it’s not a problem on my balcony. The hose fittings are 100% water tight and very positively lock together. The trigger is quite stiff but reassuringly sturdy. I like that you can choose to install the hose reel either with the reel fixed at the tap or that you can carry the reel whilst using it which makes sense on my balcony.”
“This is a great way to keep your hose neat and tidy.It is a compact and good looking hose reel, easy to access and retract.The only issue for me is the water pressure from the narrow dimension supplied hose.The pressure, even on ‘Jet” needs to be a lot more powerful. It is far less dynamic than the old Bunnings green shocker it has replaced. There was ample water pressure for the old hose and the Hoeslink product is connected to the same tap.This is a little disappointing and there must be a simple fix for future Hoselink products.”
