“Excellent. Delivered Hose Reel had a leak. A replacement was sent immediately and has no leaks. Using from a rainwater tank to vegetable plot and very happy with it.”
“The product is ideal for the application I needed. Unfortunately the delivery process left a lot to be desired. Confirmation email of my order said I would be advised when the order shipped and I would be updated of the delivery status. A week went by and nothing.. just when I was about to contact Hoselink for an update, a knock on the door on a public holiday Monday the product turned up.”

“I wanted a small hose reel to be able to deal with a patio so I bought this product. I am not overly impressed with it as it is difficult to securely fixed to a wall and draw the hose. I finished up having to wire it to the fence which with wife thinks is pretty ugly. Thanks”
“Does what it is intended to do. Good flow and no leaks. However, I'm disappointed in the quality of the small knob fitting used to manually retract the hose. Its attachment to the reel is very weak. I had trouble fitting it and I don’t think it’s going to be that long before it simply comes off when it’s being turned and won’t go back on. This is not what I have come to expect from HoseLink.”
