“I bought one of these to keep on our deck. Unfortunately the first one blew apart inside the reel a day after I installed it. I rang Hoselink and they sent a new one immediately which is great. (5 stars for service) The product itself is not as sturdy as my main Hoselink reel- it is a narrower hose and I found the nozzle had to be tightened hard to stay on and the tap attachment not as easy to attach.However it works well now for what we want which is to keep the hose from lying all over the deck.”

“I actually am a little disappointed in the product. The first one I received the first time I used it the hose popped out of the handle. I put it back but it happened again. I called and you kindly sent me a brand new hose and reel. This one is working fine. I do find the container is very light and when I pull out the hose it falls over and I end up dragging it across the deck while trying to get the hose out. I don't have the ability to fix to anything so it is a bit of a nuisance. On that basis if I was to recommend I would explain this.”

Given it is the scaled-down version, I half expected it not to be up to the standard of the main Hoselink reel range. But I have been pleasantly surprised that it has lived up to quality that I have grown to expect from Hoselink products.
