“My overall experience when using the Hose Reel is mostly good as it’s not heavy and is suitable for the Elderly.. however my biggest problem is trying to unwind the hose in order to walk with it to water the Plants.. it appears the re-winding process seem to get the hose somehow tangled which takes a lot of strength to unwind especially as one hand is needed to hold the equipment and the other to try and unwind..”

“The rolling of the hose was not smooth and getting stuck but with follow ups for support with Hoselink this was resolved. If you are willing to manually roll in the hose and ensure that it rolls in as per the details provided by Hoselink to me in an email (hoping Hoselink will add it to their product infor) it should be no problem using this.”
“I As you know I purchased this product and after a few uses the side blue off . You then sent me a replacement which The side blue off on the very first use . You offered me another replacement for which I decline as I was not confident at all in the product after the experience I've mentioned . I then had to pay an extra $100 to get a bigger stronger product which I felt Would not let me down . I am happy with this new product .”
