“Is very light weight and tends to fall over. Otherwise a good product for an older lady.Like the variable setting and that you can stop the flow immediately and don:t have toturn off at the tap straight away.”
Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear you are experiencing low pressure with your new Compact Hose Reel. This unit has been designed to be used on courtyards and balconies therefore the hose does have a smaller diametre than our standard Hose Reels to ensure the unit remains compact and portable. If you are using the system on a mains water supply then you should still have adequate pressure for your needs. Water tanks may not be the best option for this product. “Good product but disappointing for my application. I already have 2 of your rectractable hose reels that I love. I purchased this reel to take advantage of a tap that has really good water pressure but nowhere handy to mount or store a retractable hose reel. This product appeared to be perfect: 10m long and easily portable! However this new hose delivers about the same water pressure as my long retractable hose (connected to a tap with much lower water pressure) when it's nearly fully extended - not really suitable for spraying the likes of Seasol onto the garden. The small diameter needs to be shown up front.”
