“Very good, exactly what I am looking for without the hose running everywhere, tangle and heavy, this is just long enough and light weigh enough for my purpose.”
“Pressure is slow, but ok for watering pot plants.The unit keeps wanting to disconnect from the hanging screws when you pull the hose out .This is a little annoying”
“The hose is good but the base of the plastic box is wobbly and it topples over in the wind and also when you pull the hose out. I’d like a more stable hose reel. I wish Hoselink made something between this size and the larger metal hose reel to use around my small yard.”
“This was purchased for my elderly mother and is definitely not suitable for her.. It cannot be fixed to a wall securely as advertised... Great idea but not suitable for elderly etc ,that use a walking frame /aid. Would have been ok if it could be secured to a wall properly .”
Hi Kiersten,Thanks for your review and sorry this is not suitable for her. You are able to mount the unit so that it can be hung when not in use but unfortunately not whilst in use. This is outlined in the product manual online but we are going to put this into the product description as well to make it clearer for customers.
