“Pleased that Hoselink have a good warranty on this handy product, as less than two months in, the hose fitting burst off! I was less than impressed, given Hoselinks promises that their hoses are far superior to its competitors! I contacted them and they sent me a new one, but seriously this flaw needs to be fixed on this item.”
“As a frequent Hoselink buyer of hose reels, hoses, fittings & lighting I was very disappointed with this product. I bought two, thinking they would be of impressive quality. Unfortunately the case and its mounting bracket system is poorly designed and seems cheap. The web site description attempts to play down the mounting feature, but lets just declare it as functionally useless in any repeatable, reliable way. This deficiency is annoying. If Hoselink cannot fix this deficiency then at least provide some in the packaging written guidance on how to use additional after-market brackets or equivalent.”

“Product purchased as a requested donation to a Rotary raffle prize so was not used by myself. I have had two previous Hoselink larger hoses both of which proved unreliable for recoiling the hose and also the mechanism to stop recoil was also faulty - I would not repeat the experience!”
