“We purchased the Hoselink 10m Compact Portable Hose Reel quickly and easily on line. It was delivered quickly and was installed after some minor issues. Some basic fitting instructions may have assisted the installation. It is an excellent hose reel for apartment balcony gardens and I highly recommend this hose.”
“I am extremely happy with the product overall. I felt the outer case could have been a bit more sturdy. Connectors are great. My only issue is that I have now found out that some of the products are manufactured in China. I would much prefer to support a product both owned and made in Australia. Perhaps now there should be investigation into if this is possible again for your products. Overall it is exactly what I needed and works well. I was please to find the length of the hose was long enough to reach the plants at the end of our pool. Happy with it all”
“It appears to fulfil what we bought it for. Perhaps tit could be improved with a handpiece with a trigger (as for the larger hose reels). Also the holder for the nozzle is awkward and could be improved.”
