“The idea of the portability and shorter hose is good, however the wind up operation is extreme difficult, particularly for us oldies. The wind up action is difficult, winding handle allows about two finger operation and the handle is not very secure in the winding drum and can come out easily, so much so that I could not continue using it. I came up with the idea of inserting a 25mm dia. x 75mm long timber dowel, trimed to fit into your handle, giving me a grip length of 80mm. This allows better control to stop the handle coming out of the drum ( however it still can easily comes out) and makes the windup a little easier. I think a review of way the handle is attached is needed. Sometimes I get it half rolled up and it jambs, requiring me to unroll and roll again. This may improve with practice. I drain the hose before rolling up. As far as recommending the product I can say I like the idea but cannot recommend it in it's present state. Ian”
“Possibly I was expecting too much but am disappointed with this product.
In order to rewind the hose it is necessary to manually rewind a very user unfriendly plastic
Handle.
Unless pulled out perfectly straight my hose does kink.
There is no trigger spray just a stiff plastic strip to push up or down on the sprayer head which can leak.
I do not find this product at all easy to use .
