“The hose & reel look lovely & the spray nozzle is great however this hose is only good for light watering of pots, not the garden or anything you want watered quickly, I should have purchased one with a Hi-flow Reel which have a slightly larger 14mm internal diameter, not this one which is 12mm.”

“Great product I got sick of having to use old hose to water and sprayer always blowing off with plastic fittings. Love Hose reel connectors and handy Hose reel makes watering a breeze. Very light weight unit. I use the short end for my sprayer . With sprayer in one hand and reel in the other, off I go without worrying about untangling Hose line it unravels easily and rolls back up easily when watering is finished”
“This is the second one of these I have bought. I've had regular issues with the hose coming free of the brass fittings - this hose which is sold assembled doesn't have straight cuts on the end, so with a change in pressure the hose comes free of the fittings. With quite a bit of a adjustment I managed to fix it myself, but it's been a real pain and I expect better for the price.”

“I was expecting it to wind back in. What a disappointment. Its. It for me. Also the handle was not in the box. I am returning it. My first retractable cheap hose reel (not Hoselink) is still great. I have two teck screws on posts in places in my garden and move this around where I need it near a tap. But I do have 4 Hoselink retractable hoses I absolutely love and recommend to family and friends. I wish we all could have lots of Hoselink products but the portable is a fail in my opinion.”
