“As a frequent Hoselink buyer of hose reels, hoses, fittings & lighting I was very disappointed with this product. I bought two, thinking they would be of impressive quality. Unfortunately the case and its mounting bracket system is poorly designed and seems ‘cheap’. The web site description attempts to play down the ‘mounting feature’, but let’s just declare it as functionally useless in any repeatable, reliable way. This deficiency is annoying. If Hoselink cannot fix this deficiency then at least provide some ‘in the packaging’ written guidance on how to use additional after-market brackets or equivalent.”
