“Only comment I would make is that the hose is too long for our needs.
We only have tiny patio and balconies and I would have preferred a retractable short hose..
I cannot recommend the hose for others in our situation because of the length and non retractable

Thanks for your feedback and sorry it isn't suitable for you.
Our shortest retractable is 20m and so that is why we have provided the 10m Compact as an option to customers if they did not need the 20m. Your feedback as been passed on.
