“Love the new design of the flow control. The only negative is that the fixing screws used to hold the case together are recessed, which leave a place for wasps to nest. All our hoselink reels suffer from this issue.”
“I used to purchase these from Big W for $11 but they stopped carrying them and they deteriorate over time so I bought them from you so I could use the same wall holes when replacing them. I feel like the pricing is quite high but for me the convenience in replacing like for like made it justifiable. Would I recommend it otherwise? No, I would choose another product that provides better value.”
