“This was the second hose hanger we received however the drawer cover does not close properly either. One side is flush to the cabinet however the other sticks out. It seems that it needs something to click into to keep both sides closed. The door appears to be twisted.”

“This is my second Handy Hose Hanger and the first one is still doing its job. The problem is that both have the same problem. The left hand nodule at the top of the left-hand side of the lid fails to make proper contact with the top and hence the lid warps and will not close correctly. Over time the old one has developed a centimeter gap. A screwed on latch is a simple fix but the design fault should have been noticed years ago. The possums like how easy the old one is to open. An open lid is prone to further distortion when exposed to sunlight.”
