“Like everyone else, I find this hose & accessories to be simply in a league of their own for ease & reliability of use. Please note consumers, when you order, your accessories may arrive separately, but very quickly too. I've only had mine a month, but find it an Excellent Product, worthy of the extra expense. I expect to say the same in years to come, as my friends report.”
“Great. But why would the hose and the connectors be sent separately. Thought there was an issue and after and hour figured out there was two parcels.”
“Really disappointed that the fittings are not already on the hose. There is a short explanation about cutting the hose and soaking it in hot water to add the fittings. I have tried in the past to add my own fittings and it has always ended in failure. I haven't even tried at this stage.”
“The only problem with your hose and fittings is that now our old extra fitting such as the sprinkler does not fit. We have to now by all your fitting to use on your hose. Generic or shop bought ones don't fit. Solar light is good though it didn't come with screws which it said it is supposed to, not that, that was a bother to us. Shipping time was good. Also received email saying a free mystery gift if spent over $99 AFTER we already spent more than that?”
