my more recent purchase was another hose without a reel with an additional click on adapter. Surprisingly, the hose arrived in a sizeable box without any attachments thus leaving me with a hose I was unable to use for more than a week. The other items arrived a week and 2 days later.
Australia Post notwithstanding, why was everything not in the same box? Surely it is no big deal to open a hose box to put the missing attachments in it so everything arrives at the same time?”
