“Hose itself and all fittings work well... when the o-rings stay in! We've only had it a few months but have gone through over half a dozen, and have just discovered that the it's fallen out again! This means the whole system in unusable until more are purchased. I think i'll pass and go back to my old hose, it leaked just as much but for cost much less!”
Hi Michael,
To prevent the O-Rings from going missing you do have to ensure you have turned the tap off, and squeezed the trigger on the spray gun to release the water in the hose. Not releasing the pressure in the hose before uncoupling the fittings will cause the O-Rings to pop out.
