“I have been buying Hoselink for a number of years, until to now was very happy with products I was recommending to all I knew.
However, this last purchase was disappointing in the quality control, as some I turn the hose it leaked badly around the sprayer. After speaking to customer service person and following the instructions I was given it was the fact the was not correctly connected to the sprayer because of very careless quality control. It now works but this should not happen with a product of this quality.”

“I purchased a 30m hose and connections a few weeks ago and when I first used it, it leaked from the outlet connection. I contacted Customer Service and was offered a replacement connector and washers. I am very happy with the hose as it works brilliantly and it reaches all corners of my garden as required. The only issue I have is navigating it around structures but I noticed that there are some solutions for that as well. The 'comfort 8-pattern flow control' unit is a pleasure to use as it has more pressure than some 'no-name' brands previously purchased and is easier to turn on/off. No more leaks and no more 'unwanted' showers.”

Thanks for your feedback. Our hoses and reels get sent in their own parcels due to their size and weight. We do state this in the order confirmation email.
