“I have previously brought hoselink products and have always been happy with the high quality. However this new spray gun attachment is very light and flimsy. Very poor quality. The thumb piece to turn on and off is difficult to use and does not turn off fully, thereby leaking continuously. I have stopped using it because of that fault. We are on tank water so it is not under much pressure at all, but continues to leak and we cannot afford to lose precious water.”

“Ive been aware of hose link for years but thought it too expensive until the old hose I was using burst and leaked, causing a $200 increase in my water bill. The Hoselink replacement is a solid dependable hose connection system. Now that Ive tried it I wont go back to cheap hoses. The only issue I had was not realising that I needed an adapter to use my existing sprinklers. Perhaps a bundle upgrade kit could be offered to include one as I had to order the adapter later and pay an additional shipping charge.”
“love the product however was initially disappointed as the fittings arrived separately to the hose so I thought the order that had arrived was the wrong one. Thankfully the fittings did arrive the next day. But it would be good to have them come together.
