“Very happy with the product, as we have been with the hose reel we bought a few years ago.A suggestion:The hose was ordered with a tap adaptor, and they were packaged and sent seperately. This caused some confusion for us and the Post Office, as we assumed they would be together, and both had the same tracking number. As we live in a rural area, we have to go into town to pick up the mail, so we had to go twice for this order.Perhaps you could package everything in one order together?”
Hi David, thank you for leaving us a review with your feedback. We did used to package all the items with the hose but found that this meant the items inside could sometimes get damaged therefore, we thought packing and sending the goods separately is the best way to go as you still receive all the items in good working order. “This is my replacement hose. The first one went sticky so much do I couldn’t use it. It was the light green hose. You so kindly replaced under warranty and now I have the dark green hose.”
