“I would love to be able to review this product, however, after 5 weeks I still have not received it. I feel extremely disappointed - even after contacting Hoselink and being told that I will need to wait more time due to 'circumstances beyond their control'. The problem is that Hoselink required my money from the moment I purchased the product, yet I still do not have the item. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable to me. Other products I have ordered from 'locked down' states have arrived after only 2 weeks (which was more than usual), but 5 weeks is not reasonable by any objective standard. Very distressing.”
“This hose is great and doesn't kink at all! I was very impressed to wash my car so easily! 4 stars because we had an issue at first with the fittings that arrived on it and had to search how to take them off to put on our own fittings for the tap. Overall great hose!”
“I am happy with hose after it finally arrived. This product took approximately one month to come to me. It apparently was lost in the Australian Post system and did not turn up until you intervened. I did let Australia Post know myself twice that I had not received the hose but to no avail. Perhaps you could let them know my frustration.I am not so happy with hose fittings despite their good quality. You cannot stem the water flow on the multi flow fitting and the other one is difficult to use. Cheaper designs are better but not as good quality so start leaking after a period of time.”
