“Unfortunately, having arthritis in my hands I found connecting the hose to the hose link connection on the tap extremely difficult and once on I need to leave it connected. It is a brilliant and very secure connection though. I would certainly recommend to others who don't have problems with strength in their hands.”

Recently a product we purchasedfrom them turned out to be faulty and we contactedthem and without fuss, they sent us another one immediately.It arrived quickly. They even apologised which is very unusual today.It's obvious the customer matters to them and customersatisfaction matters and that is rare today sadly. The hosesmay cost a bit more than supermarket hoses but theylast way longer and perform much better than your averagesupermarket or even Bunnings Warehouse hoses. We'vepurchased 3 long hoses that we have had a few years nowand I do not see any obvious degradation and they are still flexible”
