“Unfortunately, having arthritis in my hands I found connecting the hose to the hose link connection on the tap extremely difficult and once on I need to leave it connected. It is a brilliant and very secure connection though. I would certainly recommend to others who don't have problems with strength in their hands.”

quality and very durable. The hoses don't kink and
don't become rigid. Recently a product we purchased
from them turned out to be faulty and we contacted
them and without fuss, they sent us another one immediately.
It arrived quickly. There was no arguing or offhandedness
from them. They even apologised which is very unusual today.
It's obvious the customer matters to them and customer
satisfaction matters and that is rare today sadly. The hoses
may cost a bit more than supermarket hoses but they
last way longer and perform much better than your average
supermarket or even Bunnings Warehouse hoses. We've
purchased 3 long hoses that we have had a few years now
and I do not see any obvious degradation and they are still flexible”
