The Superflex hose has been designed to have a thick outer wall to ensure it does not kink and lasts the distance. Therefore, it may be slightly heavier to maneuver around the garden but stops all those frustrations from happening.
Of course, if you are finding this too hard to work with, we do have some manual hose reel options which might work for you. If you would like to discuss, please let us know!
