“We purchased 3 of these hoses. After 2 weeks' intermittent use, one of them burst at the seam. I sent an email to Hoselink with photos and they acted very quickly to rectify the matter. They replied to my email immediately and sent a new hose without delay. A problem can occur with anything, however it is how that problem is handled that is important and Hoselink certainly stepped up on this occasion with excellent customer service.”
“Originally intent was to use in my vegetable garden. Unfortunately on closer inspection, the hose is made of PVC, generally not recommend for organic gardens. Sadly will have to wait for a safer, toxin free version to become available in Australia.”
“Due to the weather etc I havent used the weeper yet . I have no reason to believe that it wont be effective. I intend to place it under the plants, yet to be planted, hidden so that I can leave it there all the time.”
