“We had problems connecting the attachments to the hose initially but soon realized we had not soaked the end of the hose and the white washer in hot water. Once we did this correctly the hose has not moved an inch. This step could be highlighted in the instruction sheet (just to assist the idiot installer) we have since realized that we need a swivel connection for the end of the hose to allow the hose to turn more freely. This should be included in the kit that we purchased as we did not know it would be an issue. We will now wait until we need to purchase addition products to avoid postage fees Regards Helen Nielsen”
“The only thing that I feel was missed in, the package was the inclusion of a click on adaptor. My wife has arthritics & finds it hard to screw extra's onto the hose.HOSELINK RESPONSE:To be honest, the Click-on Adapters are sold separately as we would prefer to discourage their use! Whilst they can be used to go between HOSELINK hose fittings and click-on type watering accessories, we recommend you see if you can unscrew the click-on fitting from your watering accessories (sprinklers, spray wands, hand sprayers), leaving an open threaded end. If you can do this, then a HOSELINK Accessory Connector can be screwed directly in.This has the benefit of providing you with a leak-free, burst-free system (Click-on Adapters don't carry this guarantee). Most people end up purchasing additional Accessory Connectors for each of their existing accessories so connecting with a point and twist is made easy (also easier for those with arthritis!).”

“I bought the 30m hose package and some extra nozzles as a Christmas present for my husband. He uses a hose every day, and our old one had splits, leaks etc. He LOVES his new hose link products! He says the pressure is great (no more leaks!) it doesn't tangle and any kinks that think about starting, resolve themselves...the hose turns the right way every time. My only regret was in not getting the auto retract reel. maybe at a later date :) I have no problems at all recommending hose link products to anyone.”
