“I bought two 30 metre hose packages, delivered quickly from order. Opened the first one to find the tap connector was faulty and would not fit tap. Called Hoselink who sent another one in the post. I opened the 2nd hose and the the whole tap connector fitting just fell out. It seems the factory had not been fitted it at all as it was just sitting in the end of the hose! Also the other end leaked very badly when the tap was turned on so I had to disconnect that and re-assemble the tap connector properly. Now in regular use I find that the connection to the trigger spray gun leaks when in use despite regular tightening. That leaves the kink resistance and the question; does it kink any less than my existing hose from a well know hardware store? Answer No. Sorry hoselink I am very disappointed in your product. Gave two stars because the wall hang unit is good!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review with your feedback. Firstly, we would like to apologise for the problems you are experiencing.
The Superflex hose your have purchased comes with a 9/10 kink resistance with a very thick exterior wall and therefore generally has no issues with kinking. We also include a swivel connector with the package which goes in between the hose and the spray gun and allows you to water at any angle without affecting the hose, therefore it is really unusual for these problems to occurr.
When you first receive the hose we ask that you stretch it out to its full length out in the sun under full water pressure for a few hours, this will allow the hose to expand and should remove any kinks that form. Allowing the hose to expand in the sun should remove any memory the hose had and therefore the hose should not kink in the same position.

After just over the 3 hour drive from Upper Hunter and the phone Navigator saying left instead of right (thanks google map app) it was a Huge sigh of relief to say the least.
I have a few spares if a need them plenty of hose 60m, plus my other non hose link hoses that I have put hose link fittings on (hooray!).
We are total pleased with all the products we purchased and are expecting lots of long term use from them.
Living on acres and trying to keep the yard green is always hard :( With this heated summer to be sure.
My issue and its only very minor, is that the door on my hose hanger keeps falling open.
Can I suggest to secure the storage area that by replacing the two small clips on either side by using a slide bolt. As hose link has shown its excellence in design so far it should only be a minor amendment to production to retain the door from 'Popping' open randomly. I was very impressed to notice on either side of the storage door two small holes. At first I Thought 'what purpose'......then I had My light bulb moment. To place the ends of the hose in to protect them. How clever Hose link. Keep up the good work!
