I didn't expect it to get caight up at all.Hi there, Thank you for your review and feedback.Our Superflex hose has been manufactured to have a very thick wall which then increases the durability of the hose and also makes the hose more kink-resistant. This specific type has been given a 9/10 kink resistant rating.As our hoses are coiled and packaged very tightly, we recommend stretching it out in a straight line in the sun for a few hours under full water pressure. This should allow the hose to expand and remove those tight coils.
