“A leader Hose Extension purchased May 5 (HL1553408) was noted as a non High Flow Extension - not compatible with high flow Hose Reel (HL1547782). I was informed that the order could not be changed to a High Flow Extension so I must purchase a new high flow unit H1553582. When both units turned up simultaneously they were high flow!!! Suggest you train your phone order people better”
“I had to replace the leaking part. It was at the tap between the hose reel. I expected a longer life and so I can't recommend hose link. I also had to go online for this review as the initial survey would not accept input. Replacing theO rings did not fix the leak.
