We're sorry to hear that you did not know the Hose Reel comes with a 2m leader hose. Yes, the 1.5m and 5m are extensions if you need longer than the original 2m.

“Hi, I bought two Hoselink hoses through Woolworths and when they were installed, the leader hose was too short so I ordered the 5m one. It was perfect although a little difficult to attach to the tap because the tap is only 25cms above the ground. Feedback: the products are fantastic and I love watering the garden now. However, when installing them onto existing metal posts, the screws sent were for wooden posts so the gardener had to go to Bunnings to buy a metal drill bit and metal screws. Very time consuming. You could offer metal screws with washers as an alternative or additional purchase to save time which seems to be everyones most precious commodity. Also, because the leader hose was the wrong length that took time and you could have a paragraph explaining the options or have a 5m leader hose option pop up when people order. Otherwise this is a great product and worth the extra money. The connectors are strong and secure. Also, could you make a hutch or cover or awning for the unit so it doesnt deteriorate in the harsh sun as the previous ones did. I am overall delighted with both my high pressure hose and the normal pressure one. I can now wash my windows upstairs from below, wash my car etc and water my plants. Thank you for making such a strong well designed product.”
