“Don’t know as I haven’t received it yet. I believe this part of the order went missing. I have followed up on it and hopefully I will receive it early next week. I understand mail during Covid had been a problem so I’m putting it down to this. Can’t use the reel till we get the 5m extension.”
“I could not connect to my tap because it was the wrong size. Suggest you specify your connection diameter so that customers can go and check they have the right size tap. Or do you have an adapter gor this?Regards Paul”
