“We moved and the tap at our new home was a little further from where we could place our 30 meter hose reel. Decided to get a Leader Hose Extension. The product is a good item and made it a better reach from tap to reel. However, after always receiving Hose Link products made up and ready to go, this leader hose was not connected to the tap connectors. I was somewhat disappointed as even though there was instructions, to fix the connectors to the hose, I had a difficult time connecting them. I finally managed to connect but even now one end still leaks. I had expected that all connections would be fitted and all I had to do was connect the leader hose to the tap and reel and all would be operational. Disappointed. The Leader hose is good and dose the job well and I am happy to have it. would recommend them to any one if you need that extra bit of reach from tap to reel all the same.”
