“My concern was the water was coming out of the lever that is located on the hose below the spray head. Even though said I can’t see how this would work she told me it would. Well sadly of course it does not. So I have now purchased a new head and it is not the problem
I think it was a lack in communication and the consultant well she wasn’t listening.”
