“I had one, just it once and the cap for disconnected. Got a replacement. Have used that one a handful of times and the same thing has happened. Unfortunately it’s not possible to fix it yourself and so will have to request another replacement. I have many Hoselink items in my garden, all 4 to 5 star. This one is the odd one for me as everything else is so good.”

“Really nice quality product, works quite well at the high dilution levels but I’ve found that anything below level 6 or with the flow reducer it doesn’t seem to actually draw any fluid no matter how long I try.
Ive worked around it by diluting it down with water then reducing the dilution level so I can get reasonable draw from the bottle”
