“I chatted online with a person named Lauren from Hoselink about my need to spray some fruit trees that were covered in aphids. I wanted to use some diluted dishwashing liquid but my hands are arthritic and so I can't use a pump style spray bottle. Lauren suggested this fertilizer spray but wasn't 100% confident that it would work. I'm here now to tell Lauren and future customers that it worked a treat! I diluted the detergent at about 1:5 with water and then attached it to my Hoselink hose. Brilliant! It sprayed just the right amount of soap onto the trees, took about one minute to spray each tree and I then decided to hit those pesky critters on the roses as well. The spray is gentle enough to not even disturb one rose petal and the fruit trees are looking better with each spray. Now I just need a couple of spare bottles so I can change from detergent to Seasol without having to pour out the contents. 100% happy... thanks Lauren :)”
“Haven’t been able to use it as Hoselink haven’t replied to my email on how to decide what percentage of water to fertiliser so basically as I bought 3 bottles, I’ve wasted $90 which I can Ill afford”
“The spray mixer I purchased did not siphon correctly either with or without the volume reducer attached..I was advised by Hoselink that this may have been due to low hose end water pressure. As I am a rural user connected to an underground water source I adjusted my above ground pump with some success. Unfortunately this success was only intermittent. Hoselink were very good and replaced with a later model but this one is also operates inconsistently. I have been very satisfied with Hoselink’s response to my problem but have concluded that the spray mixer is not suitable for non-mains water consumers if sufficient water pressure can not be guaranteed.”
