“The product is great BUT, I already had one and the part which needed replacing was the handle bit NOT the lance part and wand which could be easily replaced.thus not incurring unnecessary postage expenses plus that portion of the product”

Hoselink provided very fast replacement, which unfortunately wasn’t correctly fitted, but then provided another replacement in record time. Much appreciated.”
“The spray is gentle enough for pot plants but the product itself isn't up to the Hoselink standard. I bought one and literally less than a week later the whole head fell off. Upon inspection of it , it had the smallest amount of black silicone glue and no thread at all to screw it back on with. It needs improvement with a thread, and that will open up possibilities of changing multiple heads”
