“I love you equipment and especially the backup service and polite attitude of the people I have spoken to over the phone. These employees like their jobs, so hard to find in companies these days.The only criticism I have is the ball valve in both the wand and main connector. I have had both pack up, replaced by you good people but it seems that the little self tapper holding it place comes adrift. I dont have the answer just the problem.”
