“When the new one arrived. It was obvious there had been an assembly fault at the factory. I have sent detailed pics to your facebook page, along with a THANK YOU for the prompt replacement unit. That replacement is fine. It works how it was intended, to a degree. The small valve to turn it on and off on the wand, could be made a little larger & longer perhaps. (Easier to locate quickly without having to look down) I find myself continually fumbling around trying to turn it on and off, whilst remaining vigilantly watching the water flow from the wand, so I don't get an unintended shower. Overall the unit is functional though. Some fine tuning wouldn't go astray.”
“I was impressed with getting the gutters clean. Your arms get very tired and saw from holding it up. Was disappointed with the hose link hose. It bent up and cut the pressure off. Hoselink advertise that their hoses don’t do this. This is the second time I have had this happen on both the hoses I own.”
