“My sprayer lasted just outside the warranty period, then I turned it on one morning and water was shooting out horizontally from the beige strip that runs up the arm. This occurs from both sides of the arm out of the narrow gap along the beige strips, so water goes everywhere. The strips were the last place I would have expected the sprayer to leak from. Hope this information is useful in improving the design of future models.”

We have since made some updates to the design by adding some reenforced materials to prevent this from happening is future.
