The spray gun you are referring to was purchased in 2015 therefore, many changes have been made over the years. This spray gun in particular has been designed from the ground up by our products team. Various testing was conducted before this was put into the market. We are sure you will be more than happy with these spray guns, they have been designed to be the best available in the market with many great features.Of course, if you do have any problems at any point, please let us know. “As the owner and user of six (6) x 30m Hoselink Retractable Reels, we are very pleased with everything, including accessories - except for the original trigger nozzle guns. All have failed, leaking badly through the inserts in the handle. I notice that there is now a new improved unit, which I think will be much more reliable. Hoselink staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent service.”
Hi Mick, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the flow control lever. We have designed this spray gun to be suitable for any one to use in the garden, arthritic hands or not therefore, this is really disappointing to hear. We do find that any levers can be a little stiff initially, however, once used a couple of times they do loosen up, hopefully this will be the case for you. “Winter is the wet season in Melbourne. And this winter has been a particularly wet one. Your Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer arrived in a very wet week to replace its Hoselink predecessor. After the usual inept puzzlement making the attachment, it is now fully installed. But I have had only a couple of exploratory sprays, simply to check that I had installed it properly and it seems to work well - as I would expect from any Hoselink product. Please ask again in the middle of Summer.”
