“We bought 2 of these products a few years ago but my husband didn't install and use them until just over a year ago. They have started leaking and squirting out the sides. However, the service to replace them was impeccable. They were replaced under warranty and Anna Smith who dealt with us was efficient, professional and wonderful. Nice work, Anna. Lovely to get a person and a company who really tries hard. They arrived really quickly. Thank you. I am saying ''no'' below as I believe these new ones should work well but I need to see first how they go.”

“Was sent as a replacement under warranty with no fuss which was very nice of them, but this one is a lot smaller than the previous model which I bought. I have gigantic hands so I did like the other longer one better. Seems alright though.”
