Hi Margaret, thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you are struggling to select between the settings, the head should definitely not be difficult to turn therefore, something we can look into. “Improvement on the 7-sprayer version, however, the spray selector is now too large to fit through the hose roller guides and needs to be removed before feeding the hose through the stand. Just a minor annoyance but otherwise a great product.”
