“This was a replacement Control Sprayer, The one it replaced leaked out of the front spray pattern and so did a previous one. It’s the second time it’s happened. Great product until they leak but it seem it can’t be repaired. Hoselink we’re great and sent a free replacement”

“The replacement sprayer supplied is superior in design to my previous one. The raised control knob on the control lever is a great feature. It makes it easier to move forward and back. This is the area my previous sprayer failed. The control lever of my previous sprayer split im this area which allowed water to spray out on to me under pressure.”
“I purchased 2 new retractable hose reels over 2 years ago and was having problems with water shooting out the sides i contacted them a couple of weeks ago to explain this they came back and said they were sorry for my experience and sent me 2 more sprayers absolutely free cant get much better than that.Thank you Hoselink you do actually stand behind your products.”

“Lesser quality than expected. Green handset better quality and still going. This is the second black and grey one I have ordered. Also, parcel sent to post office depot in another town, 25 minutes away. Not sure if there was a mix up with the address or what. This is also the second hose connector I have purchased in the last twelve months as first one kept leaking.”
