“It works very well. There is only one spray that is different to the squeeze handle one which I don’t like as it spray too wide. The squeeze handle ( metal one) concentrated the flow much more closely. I can’t tell the name as it’s outside and I’m not going to check it now.”
“Was fantastic customer service when I told them that the rubber had come off both of the front and backyard hose connectors, but then was told once they come off that you can't fix them! Because I informed the person I was speaking to online that I tried to superglue them back on, but if you know that they are going to come off, why don't you do something about it to make sure it doesn't happen instead of just replacing everybody who complains about them? To be honest the product is fantastic. We love our hose link and all its attachments But for both of the rubbers to come off the sprayer at the same time and to be told, yes, but there's no way to reattach them then you obviously know that there's a problem so that's why I'm confused.”

“Don’t get me wrong, the quality of the hose product is the most superior on the market. The components just keep letting me down and they aren’t under heavy duty use.
The customer service is top notch but I hope they work on a remedy for those minor components which fail a quality product.”
