Believe the marketing of a Supposedly great Australian product. The flow controller leaked like a sieve from whete the plastics joined., not even a year old. The hose retractor cover has faded extremely in the weather, again expected so.much better, especially on how they marketed the product.
Yes they sent a replacement flow controller, under warranty. But, there reason for the first controller to fail was given as due to frost damage, on self analysis, probably due to my location?? If they had simply asked, the controller was never left outside, always shedded, and only used outside in the warmer months. So the frost had absolutely nothing to do with it!! Probably the poor Chinese made quality of the product.”

At Hoselink, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are saddened to hear that you are not very happy with your purchase from back in August of 2023. Providing a reliable and efficient product that meets your gardening needs is what we aim for. We do understand that some customers are not thrilled that our products come from overseas, but we have stringent quality control standards to ensure our products work as intended.
The original sprayer that was included with your hose reel actually had a known fault, and we have since improved the model to resolve this issue. You were sent an improved sprayer, so as long as the use of the product is correct, it should last you several years.
