I am sorry you had this experience Kerrie! If you are wanting to use it with your normal hose, you can by replacing the Hoselink connector it comes with, with an Adapter 3/4 Inch BSP Tail to Click-On Hose Fitting, this may be something you are already have in with your fittings. Original Posting: Unlike their other products, this is one I wouldn’t recommend. Firstly, I have good pressure but can’t get any significant distance from the various options on this sprinkler. (Maybe the flow control fitting is restricting flow). My biggest issue is with the two rectangular options, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. The is no difference between the two and both don’t spray properly. They are totally useless. I love all the other Hoselink products but this is a dud. I have gone back to using my old $4 round sprinkler.”
