I am sorry you had this experience Kerrie! If you are wanting to use it with your normal hose, you can by replacing the Hoselink connector it comes with, with an Adapter 3/4 Inch BSP Tail to Click-On Hose Fitting, this may be something you are already have in with your fittings.
