“I like the quality of the product but honestly I bought 3 for various taps in my yard and all three had sealing issues from the main out let once pressure ised. Which only resolved with fiddling and what I would describe as over tension. Don't get me wrong I lam a hose link man through and through but was a bit disappointed in this product could of just grabbed one similar one at bunnings.”

“Seems like a good idea, but leaks like a sieve at the swivel joint. I have returned it to the Sydney address. I would still like to use it, providing the leak can be fixed. I do not care if you solder or weld the swivel joint. I do not need it to swivel. Please fix it and return it. I realise you are basically just fishing for compliments, and are not really interested in negative feedback, because you have completely ignored other complaints I have made before, but please take notice of this and fix it please!”
