“We use a big range of hoselink products and overall it is very good experieince - the products do what they say and are top of the range vs. competitive products. Also we generally find that any issues are promptly dealt with by hoselink - always a good outcome.While the 2 way adaptor works very well, and mostly quite sturdy/solid feeling, the only negative on this 2 way adaptor is the join or swivel point between the adaptor and the tap fittings. That failed and hoselink replaced just outside the warranty period but can't help feeling that maybe that needs to be a servicable point over tossing the whole unit?”

Thnak you for the hassle free replacement-no questions asked.The 2-way broke when i pulled a non hoselingk hose and must have had an unusual anlge that caused the 2 round pices at top to seperate. New product on now and I will not make the same mistake twice...fingers crossed.”
“Have a two way tap adapter on every tap in the garden. One for the watering system the other connected to one of 4 hose link reels. Great product saves time and makes watering our garden easy.”
