“This is an appalling product. It does not lock securely over the tap. The pivoting arm does not lock into the rectangular cover, it drops out every time you try to turn it despite having a further rebate that is intended to secure the pivoting arm to the rectangular cover. Very disappointing and not up the the standards set by Hoselink across the other products in your range. ps I’m an industrial designer and a professor of design.”
“It is flimsy. I have used over 10 of these in my house and our various elderly neighbours. The cover does not always stay clicked onto the piece that clasps the tap handle. The flip handle has a tendency to fall out of the slots that are supposed to hold it in position.I have had to use glue on all of them to make them stay together.”
