“Being 90 years of age I am not as strong as I used to be - especially my hands, & so found it impossible to put the pieces together - I ended up placing a Tap turner in position & used a hammer - result was I broke the tap turner. I then decided to purchase another & when my grandson turned up asked him to put the tap turner together - it apparently was 'easy peasy' for him. As I have 3 outdoor taps all rather hard to turn on & off I now have 3 - the exta one I wanted to purchase was doubled & they were sent to me free of charge. They make life a little easier when watering the garden & I greatly appreciate beingsent the axtra Tap Turners at no cost - especially as it really was my fault that it broke.”
